Our names are Christa and Michael, we are from Deltona FL! A duo of sourdough enthusiasts & are baking up some gut healthy bread and delicious treats for our surrounding community in central FL! Check out all sourdough bake goods in our online shop. We are also offering services to support your own bread making journey, from starter help, to making loaves, understanding bulk fermentation, how to shape dough, and more via videos or conference meetings (depending on bookings).

Our business model is to cater to a no waste policy & to make sure we’re doing our part to support world hunger. Therefore, our sourdough bread & treats are made to order. This way they are 100% fresh. You can order online, text, call, or you can use the form below to place an order. However, on occasion, we will be doing farm stands either at a specific location or at our business address (house) and we will post dates & times on FB / Nextdoor/ TT/ Insta community sites and our calendar here. So make sure you’re following us!!!!

All bread is made with 4 base ingredients: filtered water, wheat & bread flour, salt, active sourdough start (water and flour mix to produce yeast and gluten). Sourdough treats & breads might contain: nuts, milk, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. All sourdough products contain GLUTEN.

Please note: To ensure our loaves are prepared and baked to order, the cutoff time for same-day preparation (for next-day baking) is 9:00 AM. Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be prepped the following day and baked thereafter. Due to the high-quality, active starter we use, this 24-hour lead time is essential to allow for a 4+ hour activation process.
